Information on returns & complaints
If you were not satisfied with your order or you had a different idea of the product, you can return any order to us within 14 days without giving any reason using a parcel service of your choice.

Please enter your order number or order number in the "Order number / order number" field on the return form so that we can allocate your return more quickly.

Exchange:
For logistical reasons, we do not offer a direct exchange, for example for a different size or color. You are welcome to send your order back to us as a return and immediately place a new order. Your exchange items will be back with you much faster.
Processing time:
Returns that reach us from Monday to Friday are usually processed 1-3 working days later. In individual cases, it may take a little longer. We therefore ask for your patience.
Complaints
If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. So that our returns department can assess the defect properly, we ask you to send us at least one photo of the defect by e-mail. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
